Kgoczaleski for the faint of heart or average gym-goer, this is for athletes who want to taining their training to the max. Like it or not, the truth is that successful people just work harder than less successful people.
I’m a big fan of Matt Kroc, but as other reviewers have stated this is basically a compilation of articles he’s written for other websites. Overall, I enjoyed this book, and was pleased I purchased it, basically sight unseen, from Amazon when it popped up in my feed.
